We are acutely aware that young autistic adults face significant, systemic barriers when trying to enter further education, training, or employment. At In A Space an arts charity, we believe in the power of creativity to transform lives. We are launching a pilot funded art programme, specifically for young adults aged 18–25 with autism. This structured, sympathetic 12 week art course is designed to build the self-belief and social skills needed to take the next step toward your future goals. As The World Health Organisation (WHO) highlights, engaging in the arts directly improves mental health, well-being, and confidence.

• Enhanced Communication: Use art as a powerful, non-verbal tool to express your unique perspective and process feelings.

• Social Interaction: Connect with peers in a safe, comfortable group setting that naturally fosters cooperation and friendship.

• Future Readiness: Develop the focus, task-completion skills, and confidence required for education or workplace environments.
